She graduated from Toronto Metropolitan University with a degree in Marketing and is dedicated to driving innovation through R&D. With a keen focus on product outreach, she aims to connect groundbreaking ideas with the right audiences. Her passion for marketing fuels her commitment to creating impactful strategies that resonate in the market

Ernest Yung

Production Lead

He oversees the gelato production from start to finish to ensure that every batch is crafted to perfection. Working with the production team, they will refine recipes and processes to create delicious, creamy gelato that delights our customers.
